Hi! I've to a stopover in Dhaka about 10 hours at Dhaka before continue my next flight to Katmandu. I'd like to see Dhaka before my next flight? Do I need to get a visa/ trasit visa just for the 10 hours visit? if yes, how to apply a visa? how much? how the procedure is like? anything nice / places of interest that I can see in 8 hours? is the airport close to town? how much is the cab fares? I don't want to get scam. please enlighten me.

Hello there
Thanks for feel interest to travel in Bangladesh. Yes you can get transi visa from Airport, it's very easy, not so difficult. Dhaka is very close from airport and you can say also middle of Dhaka. near about airport you can visit National Parliament, National Meuseum, Central Shahid Minar(mother language day memorial) and many more.
