I have travelled in South Korea at this time of the year. It was a glorious autumn. Did not see a snowflake anywhere.

Snow does not usually accumulate here until later in November or early December.

And even then, most of the snow at any resort is man-made...

you won't find skiing in october anywhere in korea. usual start time is late november, beginning of december.
