what boat companies are there for normal transportation from jounieh to larnaca by sea? not a cruise aimed for tourism, just for transportation.

No ferries whatsoever from Lebanon to Cyprus. In calmer times there are cruises from Limassol, but not in the current circumstances.
If you are desperate to get to Cyprus by boat and have an EU passport, you can take the once-weekly ferry from Latakia, Syria to Famagusta. Otherwise just take the one of the 5 weekly flights from Damascus, that's the quickest way to get here. Flights from Beirut to Larnaca are currently suspended, as you will already know. George
