Otovalo, Banos, Galapagos, Riobamba, Cuenca, Guayaquil and Quito.

I went last year. We spent a few days in Quito, a few days up in Otavalo, and then spent a few days at Cotopaxi park. Depends what you're interested in and what you like to do. Ecuador is a huge playground with things for everyone!
