Found a house I love in Melbourne on Domain.com
Only thing I need to check is how close it is to the train station. Can someone help with a link that shows me this? Thanks ever so. |

Hi Jenn.
Download Google Earth and type in the address. Domain also has a map of the location in the same advertisement. If you encounter any problems, give the the address and I'll pin-point it for you. |

I've been playing with Microsoft Virtual Earth this week, looking up hotels to see where they are and what the parking is like etc. It is much better than Google Earth with higher resolution photos for everywhere I've looked so far, and even has a 3D view and birds-eye photos, so you can see exactly what is there. I'll try and post a screen shot in an album as an example.

I've posted three screenshots in an album on my homepage - see what you think.
PS Don't try Google Earth or Microsoft Virtual Earth unless you have a fast internet connection ! |

It doesn't work for everywhere, but if the pics are available, it's brilliant

Yes- I've discovered that. Some places are fuzzy, but others as clear as a bell.
