| San Francisco | Lodging near Giant's stadium Posted: Fri May 9, 2008 09:32 PM UTC
A friend and I are going to a concert at the Giant's stadium on June 8th and I was wondering if anyone can offer advice on a good area of the city to stay. We're either looking for a hotel within 2 miles of the stadium, or a nice area of San Francisco or the surrounding towns that is close to a Bart station. We're not looking at spending over $200 a night, so downtown is pretty much out. We did find a hotel in London Square in Oakland, but would rather stay in San Fran somewhere. Any advice would be helpful... thanks.

I used Venere.com to do a search on SF hotels and sorted by rate. The Park Hotel looked good: Good location and under $100 per night. Good Trip Advisor reviews and Venere.com reviews.

Guess you'll have to cut and paste those two links yourself.
Here's a link to the Venere.com search I did. Click the Price button to search by price. http://en.venere.com/hotels_san_francisco/#o=price

Except BART, Blue and Gold Feet (Ferry line) departs from Jack London Square to AT&T park directly during game season, but not sure about concert. It's offer great view to SF skyline!
