In their website, they write it is in Heliopolis. I looked at the arrow in the map at their website but it shows it is somewhere else? Any one can help me to show where is it in the map?

Then you can zoom in and out to see exactly where the hotel is in Al Qahirah (Cairo).

Heliopolis is part of Al Qahirah.

I already did that. When I zoomed in, I found that the green arrow in the map is pointing at a point far away from Heliopolis.

Well, if that is the case then I think it is the map which is at fault rather than the hotel address.

Perhaps you could email them directly and check?

The Holiday Inn is in the Citystars complex, whose
postal address is actually Nasr City (Madinet Nasr),
although it is difficult to tell exactly when you
cross over into Heliopolis....

The map is incorrect - it is showing it as being closer to the Nile than it truly is. It is further northeast of this point but in a good location relative to the airport. You will be right next to Cairo's biggest, newest mall - not exactly what most travel to Egypt for but it is easy to get to. I would recommend staying along the Nile as you will get a dose of the river and the real city rather than the outskirts of a more modern suburb.
