Yes, that card is good for CTA, the el & subway lines, and Pace buses. Basically all buses and the metro.
It does not work for the train, i.e. the Metra commuter rail. FYI, in the future, I recommend not to post a second forum thread. Instead, simply reply to your original post with any missing information. Otherwise continuity can easily be lost or confused.
