Flights will go via Athens. 2 flights.
There may be the occasional 1 per week ferry from Kalamata or Gythio or Neapoli to Kastelli(Kissamou) in west Crete. I think Gythio would be the most likely port The ferry is the Mirtidiotissa, ANEN lines. However at the moment seems to going just Piraeus to Kythira via Neapoli. I have the same information, it seems that this boat has now stopped going.

There are no ferries from KALAMATA to CRETE any more.
