What is the nearest hotel to the airport? This person in another forum will be arriving in Shanghai at 1AM. He would want to ride the Maglev train to Longyang road. However given the early arrival time of his flight he has 9-10 hours to burn. So instead of waiting at the airport he is thinking of getting a hotel near PVG before using the MagLev.

Motel 168 is perhaps the best place to stay in you need lodging near the Pudong (PVG) airport. It'll cost around US$100.
