i need your advice

Hi all,
Can you tell me what is the weather in Stockholm at the end og August and do you think is good idea to go to Aalands at this time?

If you give me some information how to get to Mariehamn from Stockholm i will be very thankful :)

August last year was ho-rri-ble. Rainy ALL the time. The year before last it was nice (as I remember it). Assuming we get a "normal" summer, August is, after July, when a lot of people take their summer vacations.

About Åland/Mariehamn, what do you want to know? There are 3 carriers that can take you there: Birka Cruises, Tallinksilja and Viking Line. See their websites:

Cool! Have a great time down here (or up here) :D

Clothes wise: bring summer stuff but also maybe a light jacket if you get cold easily (like me). Hopefully this summer will be better than last one.
