Mail to/ Nguyen Kim Thanh(sales manager)Speaks English and Vietnamese /
give details as follows=
Date of travel/ Destination/ Which type of train service required eg Night, or day train /seat or sleeping berth
Visa or Master card/Give name on card ,number,expirary date(first e-mail)
Thanh will reply re space cost of ticket and charge.In the second e-mail you will be required to give cvv(3 digits on reverse ofcard)
Ticket to be picked up at Vietravel office at railway station.
THis was stated as a ligitimate government approved booking site
