Hi

I'm arriving back in Singapore on Tuesday 14th May to the budget terminal at around 12pm. My flight out from terminal 1 isn't until 11pm and as I've been to Singapore so many times and will have a laptop and clothes bag I'd rather just relax somwhere until my flight. I know there is a transit hotel at the airport but as far as I am aware that is only for passengers who have checked in or who are in transit.

I cannot check in until 9pm so can anyone suggest a place to stay for approx 6 hours please?

I'll answer my own question then.

Simply take the skybus from any terminal (not budget terminal) to terminal 3, pop down one floor, head for the Plaza Lounge and for s$30 you can relax with a little food and drinks for up to 5 hours. Take a shower or have a nap. There are a few options available and all at different rates. S$8 for just a shower.

It's the only lounge available that isn't airside and is a must for people in transit through Singapore who arrive at the budget terminal and cannot access the transit hotels. There is a shuttle bus to terminal 2 from the budget terminal.
