I was there two weeks ago *sigh*...
For what I remember, close to the Mandraki harbour, I have only seen sand beaches... However going more in the south, I'd be surprised if you don't find some more rocky area...
I haven't seen any bike renting shop neither but I bet it shouldn't been impossible to find one...
