Im not shure, but I think the best option is to get the subway from Tiete to Sé and the get the red line to Barra Funda and drops at Anhangabaú.

There you will could get a bus like Parque Continental or many others!

Morumbi stadium is very near to Bandeirantes Palace (São Paulo state government headquarter).
There is no subway line to Morumbi stadium. The subway line to Morumbi Stadium will be ready on 2014.The best on subway carry from Tietê station is: Tiete station--> Paraiso station (Blue line), and then, Paraiso station(transfer station)--> Consolação station (Green line). Then you must get a bus/taxi to achieve Morumbi station. The best way to Morumbi stadium by car is Rua da Consolação--> Av Rebouças.
I am sending below some links concerned with Morumbi stadium positioning.

If your intent is watching São Paulo X Nacional (Taça Libertadores) better you move to find some good seat and ticket. I suppose today they will not sell out tickets.

In my point of view , forget this idea my friend, Morumbi stadium is far from any subway station and the best way to get there is taking a cab.
If you really want to go there, I urge you not to take a bus, it's a dangerous mainly to return after the game.
For a Libertadores match you will pay around R$ 40,00, the cheapest ticket costs around R$ 30,00 on the lower seats and the stands costs around R$ 40,00 / R$ 50,00, it's an excellent place in the stadium.
Feel free to ask me something else.

Hi Joko,
Unfortunately, the access to Morumbi stadium is not so easy for the people that don’t go by car. So, if you can, the best bet is going by cab. There are two aspects that you need to consider: first, the Terminal Rodoviario is very far from Morumbi stadium and this course would be very expensive. The second is that is more comfortable and secure going by taxi and in my opinion this is your best bet.
You have another option: a mixture of subway/train and taxi. First you have to take a subway at Tiete station and get down at Vila Madalena station. After that, you have to transfer to the Cidade Universitaria train station and take the train to “São Paulo – Morumbi”. So you can take a cab to Morumbi stadium and will be able to save some money.
However, whatever you go don’t take valuable things because there are a lot of pickpockets there.
