Wind,
I understand that you live in a city situated on a hill surrounded by woods. It must have a mild clima. From July 15th August 30th it is very hot in Antalya. September and october is the best season. I live in Alanya which is 2 hours away from Antalya. During that period I return to Ankara to high plato where I can breath more easly.
Kemer is 45 minutes away from Antalya. It is on the west. Kemer is milder then Antalya. because the great Taurus mountains covered with pine forests makes the clima not boaring. If you like woods you must go to Kemer.
Have a nice time

Balfor,
since 1988 many things have changed in Turkey. Antalya grown into a metropolis. Antalya is now the capital of European tourism. The government builded a new international airfield. Evry year 5 million Russians are coming to Antalya. Germans and others are also in millions. Germans, Scandinavians, Hollander are now buying properies around Antalya. It is the most popular place of EU people. Everyone can find the best quality world trade marks in 7 great shopping malls. Still the minarets are lout. Still dear Turk is friendly to foreigners. Still they protest US Navy. Still the Turk loves US American tourists and citizens but hates its politics in Iraq or in Turkey.

Hi..I think it will depend on where excatly you are staying...inside the city of Antalya or in the resorts due to high concetrations of concrete etc..and as they retain the heat..it will be warmer than day the more rural outling areas...and it is a fact that the closer you are to the beach the MORE humid it will become..however you might get a slight breeze from the sea...Also usually August is the hottest month..

If you are in an area with lots of foliage...trees, forests etc...it will be cooler...

Where I stay in the summer it is definately cooler than both Antalya and Kemer..but that is because it is not a massive touristic resort lined with 5 star hotels etc..
