I have been travelling Emirates since last year to Dubai, Europe and Africa a number of times,and have accumulated quite some Skyward flyer miles, now i just learnt that accumulated miles expire, at the end of the month of your birthday, which means mine will expire this month ,May , since my birthday is this month,
what is the best thing i can do with my miles given the limited time and the fact that i do not live in Dubai, do i have to travel to Dubai, has anybody ben in a similar situation or got any advice, the website seems very happy to see thses miles expire and is not very clear on what to do, pls help

You can use them for any Emirates flight, or with their partner airlines, hotels and car hire companies. You don't have to travel to Dubai. They have info on www.emirates.com

I think also by paying some money you can check your saved miles, check it with them as well!

HI!You can also purchase some things from emirates highstreet shop.3years ago,I used my airmiles with United Airlines within the US,think you only need 25,000 miles.
