The weather here is honestly very unpredictable, I'd recommend bringing clothes that are perfect for hot weather but bring a jacket just in case. Well, if you're arriving Friday afternoon then maybe you should visit places around Bacolod..the Negros museum and the Negros Forest Biological Foundation should be in your itinerary. You could also go for a walk in the Capitol Lagoon since they are all just walking distance to each other. For dinner, you could try the original chicken inasal at Manokan Country(I would recommend Aida's).
For Saturday, you can wake up early and head off to Mambukal. Lots of stuff to do there. You can also have lunch there since there is already a food court. You could stay there the whole day or leave after lunch then probably go pasalubong shopping in the afternoon or malling if you want. For Sunday, visit the Ruins in Talisay then Balay Negrense in Silay. Also don't forget to stop by El Ideal for more pasalubong :) You can also go to Victorias after that. Or if you want, you can squeeze in Talisay, Silay and Victorias after your Mambukal trip on Saturday(that's what we did when we toured my brother's friend). If you want to have dinner somewhere else other than Manokan Country, I would recommend Louise restaurant located along Lacson Street. For more information, please don't hesitate to send me a message. :)
