Hi, my mate and I are going for 5 nights in the aquarium hotel,we are over 35 will we enjoy lloret and secondly will it be easy for us to have a day trip to barcelona?

jacko, Apart from your age you haven't told us a thing about yourself, or what you and your friends are interested in. Nor how you like to spend ypour time on holiday.
That makes it very difficult for anyone to give you a meaningful reply. Please give us a clue or two.

yes ranger is right. I'm over 35 (in fact 44) and Lloret is one place I don't like at all. But I did not liked it either when I was 20. But it may be a good base to explore the area. Some people I know from very different ages (some over 60, and their grandsons) think it's a great place indeed and came back year after year

The only I can help you is on your second question: yes is easy to reach Barcelona. You'll have to take the shuttle bus to Blanes station and there the train to Barcelona (line C1). Get off at "Catalunya" and you'll be in the very city centre

Hi stayed at the Aquarium twice its not in Llorett but in Fenals but only 10 minutes walk to the night life in Llorett . Good for a base bear in mind mainly spanish
2 ways to barcelona taxi to Blanes railway station around 10 euros then the train about 4 euros
