You have made a good itinerary, you should be able to do all that you want to do and
after a while you find your way in London and then you get to most places fast... I find Bath very nice, London is mostly too crowded for me, but still visited it three times already, Windsor/Eton is nice too, so you are not plannig to go in the London Eye?? Enjoy your holidays!!

Okay good. I was afraid the itinerary was too tight. But regarding the London Eye, I heard from a friend that it was overpriced and a bit overrated, so I didn't include it in the plan. Is it actually worth the money?

The London Eye is expensive, but a lot in London is expensive, I haven't been in the London Eye, on my first two trips there was no London Eye, and on the third trip my travelling companion did not want to go as he is afraid of heights... but there was a long line of people waiting, I guess it is overpriced and overrated too, because you get squeezed in a box with lots of people, it did not look like much fun to me...

This looks pretty good actually. Soho, Regent/Carnaby Streets, Covent Garden, Picadilly Circus and Chinatown are all pretty close to each other so you may want to combine these areas on the one day to avoid backtracking.
Just keep in mind that Buckingham Palace is not really near Tower of London, St Pauls etc but you can use the tube to get there reasonably quickly. If you are there in Aug or Sept you can book to go inside the Palace(State Rooms etc). I can highly recommend this and Windsor Castle of course is a must see.

I've been on the London Eye. You need a clear day to fully enjoy the views. In my opinion you see so much more of London at ground level. Just walking around is much more interesting.

Personally, I don't think the London Eye is worth the money (and you definitely need a clear day, as mentioned) but it's up to you.
Your itinerary looks very sensible and very do-able. Try to walk as much as you can from place to place, if time allows: get a good streetmap when you arrive. You will see much more, and get more of a 'feel' for the place. London, like all cities, has many hidden/overlooked bits and these are what you will discover as you wander. You might walk through one of the parks (Hyde Park?), for example. It does make sense to put Soho with Chinatown and Covent Garden (maybe put Trafalgar Square into day 3?), and to leave some of day 9 free for extras or returns.

day 3 & 5 seem a bit hectic, if ur travelling alone it can be done, but if your going with family or a large group of friends, beware! everyone likes different things on holiday and may want to spend more or less time at a particular place.
secondly dont forget the weather!!! britains number 1 nightmare!! if its a lovely day like today, its all cool, but if its raining and miserable and windy, u dont wanna b inside and better spend the whole tripin museums, madame tussards, london aquarium etc! have a gr8 trip!!
