Just wondering what traffic would be like on the rheinstrasse between Bingen and Sankt Goar on the way to Burg Eltz on Monday May 12th Danke Zoom |

Pentecost Monday, public holiday. This means no trucks but loads of day trippers in cars and on motorbikes. The roads will be a bit busy but I would not expect traffic jams on that route. You'll be fine. Finding a spot for parking in these small towns may be a challenge, though.
