can anyone please advise the easiest way to get from senigallia to falconara airport using public transport - there doesn't appear to be any trains from senigallia to castelferetti between 7.30 and 11.30 in the morning......

There is a through train at 07:32, and one at 07:15, although both involve changes.

If that's a bit too early, then there are plenty of trains to Ancona during the morning, and you can get the train from there to Castelferretti (note spelling). Or a taxi. Or a bus.

there are just twenty minutes by car from Senigallia to Ancona airport “R. Sanzio”, you might think about a taxi and/or ask to someone at your local hotel/"place you'll go" there to manage a car with driver (it'll be cheaper).
Otherwise take your luggage (and time), go by train and at Ancona railways station a taxi it will costs nearly the same.
p.s.
If I remember well, there are quite a few bus a day from/to Senigallia to/from Ancona.
