Isle of Skye bus between Staffin and Uig?
Posted: Sun May 4, 2008 07:10 PM UTC
Hi there,
Well like the title says- does anybody know if there is a bus service between Staffin and Uig, in the Trotternish Peninsula? Or does the bus just travel around the coast via Flodigarry?
Thanks in advance :-)

Download the Rapsons Skye bus timetable here:

There's map of routes as well as times etc. You'll need the 57 bus.

The bus doesn't cut straight through the Island from Staffin to Uig, it goes around along the coast, adding another 20min-half hour. If you're a tourist its well worth the trip though.

And even if you are not a tourist, you have no other choice (apart from feet or a car!) :-)
