What would be the taxi fare for two adults going from the Port Athinos to Imerovigli village?

It shouldn't be more than 20 euro. Be sure to set the price before accepting the ride.
There's also a port bus for 1.6 euro each that will take you into Fira to the bus square, and from there you can catch the next bus to Oia which will take you to Imerovigli for another 1.2 euro each. Get on the bus and someone will come to you to collect the money. The buses have a luggage storage compartment underneath.
