Where in Tsim Sha Tsui can we ride the ferry to Macau? how do we get there from the TST MTR? What bus? or is it okay to walk from the MTR?

I think Macau fery only goes from Hong Kong island side - you'd need to take Star ferry across then walk to the Macau ferry pier (not far). Star ferry is well sign-posted in TST.
or if you're going by MTR from somewhere else, you need to get on Tsuen Wan or Island lines to Central, or Tung Chung line to Hong Kong.
