We are arriving Singapore by bus at around 2 or 3 am. The bus station is at Bugis area. How can we go to the Sentosa island? Is taxi the only means? If yes, how much will it cost? Thanks a lot!

There are some night buses operating but none of them will take you to Sentosa. The best option is the taxi. However it will be expensive as you will pay 50% surcharge. I guess it will cost you around 20-25 SGD.

Nothing is crowing at the hour any way?. Perhaps you would like to grab a night in 1 of the budget lodgings around the area (New 7th Storey Hotel, South East Asia HOtel, Bugis Backpackers etc) before making your way into Sentosa in the light of day?

We arrived in Singapore at 3am in October last year. Caught a taxi direct to the Rasa Sentosa and cost us just under $30SGD. You wont get that kind of service for that price in many places.

i feel that taking taxi directly to sentosa is nicer. at least when you wake up the next morning, u are in the midst of forest & sound of waves.
