is there space on the sita bus for luggage, will be travelling to positano june 6 and will have 2 small cases, also do you pay for luggage on the bus? Thanks for any help

I went on the bus in February this year.

I can't see that there will be any problem with taking a couple of small cases (don't know if the driver will put it in the hold or not, as no-one had luggage when I travelled).

I don't know if you need an extra ticket for the bags. You get the tickets from the tabacchi/newspaper shop in Sorrento station (I assume you are getting the bus from Sorrento?). They'll tell you if you ask.

You can carry your cases with you on SITA buses. Larger cases are stored in the storage-vane in the belly of the bus, you shall load them up yourself at your departing stop and pick them up when you hop off at your destination stop. If not at the final stop, when you are leaving the bus remind the driver you have to pick up your stuff in the trunk. There is no surcharge for that.

Needless to say, take your documents and significant goods in the cabin with you.
