I am going to Punta Cana this summer and was wondering if anyone had some advice on the Jungle Sarari excursions. They all seem alike and was curious which company to book trip with. I have heard of Bavaro runners and Outback Safari and did not know which one might be the best.

I'd recommend you check out www.debbiesdominicantravel.com - they have feedback from most of the tour operators in the country.
The one I've heard people talk the most is Outback safari, and good feedback too, but I haven't done any excursion with either.

One does wonder, right Ernst?
We had an Outback steakhouse once and they said they served ostrich meat. I never went there so I can't say it was true or gossip. This is the link to the Outback safari on the east coast http://www.outback-safaris.com/english/east_coast.htm
