| How to save Sent Emails Posted: Fri May 2, 2008 10:14 AM UTC
I have 5 pages of sent emails starting Nov 2007. (previous are deleted, but I didn't notice when).
I want to ask: 1. How often they delete Sent Emails. 2. Can I save all sent emails COLLECTIVELY to my SaveBox or any other database format or I have to save the mails one by one using Save button. |

I haven't yet found the means to do it collectively, perhaps Pam (Kiwi) can give us a way.

I've never wanted to save in bulk so never tried. I doubt we can do it. Sorry.

I'll save them one by one. And I'll be careful in future to save important sent/received mails at the time of sending/receiving. Have a nice weekend. |

I save mails one by one and it seems to me that sent mails are not deleted unless you read them. Only read mails are deleted after 30 days. So, since you usually don't read the mail you send, it isn't deleted. I have 17 pages of sent mail from 2005 on that have never been deleted.

I don't read my sent mails and I just checked and they only go back to Nov 2007, so I'm not sure Michele is correct. Do you really have sent mail dating back to 2005? Maybe there is a limit in page numbers that have caused mine to be deleted.
