The regular market (the most traditional) are morning markets: at 9 Am ever stand will be in place, but probably most of them are ready much before.
Ending time arounf 1 PM On you link there were listed Antiques markets - flea markets. Those may vary, but you will notice that it's specified if they are not in the morning. Happy shopping! Francesco
