I'm making a snowboarding trip to Ontario and I would like to know what the best time to go is and where the best place to go is. I prefer going in the low season.

I am sorry, but did you think there is snow year round in Ontario? The only season for snowboarding is winter. If you mean which month, perhaps January/February would give the best chance of good snow conditions.
