Hello - Will you be arriving in Edinburgh by cruise ship? If so it depends where and how you will disembark- smallish ships come into Leith Harbour, large ones may anchor near the Forth Bridge so passengers go ashore by tender; some go into Rosyth. From Leith you could be in the centre of Edinburh within 20-30 minutes. The tour bus makes over 20 stops and you can get on/off anywhere.. Can you say where you will arrive?

Hello vicky
Most cruise companies provide an itinerary that specifies where the ship will dock or anchor at each port of call so when you receive this you could come back and get more specific details. Even if you do not dock at Leith you should have plenty of time to do the bus tour.

Check with your cruise company as they might already offer a tour and you then wont spend the whole time worrying if you'll make it back on time. If they don't do it then try these people http://www.edinburghtour.com/
