Hello everyone
we will be arriving in a cruiseship and would like to know where we can take the hop-on, hop off bus, also how far is the bus from the port. Can you recommend places of interest to go?. Thanks

http://www.gotobelfast.com/

will tell you everything about places to see etc (it's the official tourist info site).

Hop on/off bus tours here:

They go from Castle Place in the city centre.

Hi there.
Check my VT Belfast pages for more on the 'hop on, hop off' buses. It's about a 10 minute walk from the boat to Castle Place.

Hi,
There is a bus tour which is advertised as hop-on, hop-off but it actually isn't (well not on my tour anyway). The tour is still an excellent way of seeing the city and hearing about its' history and lasts about an hour. You can but tickets at a booth on Royal Avenue and the tour starts close by. £12 per person. Check out my Belfast page for more details and more tips.
Belfast city centre is fairly compact so you should get to see a lot in your time there. Enjoy it
Brian

BTW - If you want to see Stormont Estate and the Parliament Building you must get an early tour as the bus can't go up to Stormont after 14.00.
