Which city is more near to Clark airport? And which city is more conviniene?
I will be back to Malaysia at 11am flight, so need to reach Clark airport at 9am.

Clark is the name of the former American military base located in Angeles City. I guess, what you're asking is, whether to get a hotel within Clark or outside Clark. Might be better to get one outside especially if just for the night. The hotels located within Clark are mid-high range compared with the ones in the periphery of Clark.

if i overnight at Angeles, how long from Angeles go to Clark airport?

There are hotels just outside Clark (like ABC hotel and a couple more that I can't recall the name). Maybe between 10-15 minutes to the airport.

if budget is not an issue stay inside clark. do not worry about travel time. if you stay in angeles, travel time to the airport is between 5 minutes to 15 minutes depending on the hotel location. if in clark, 3 to 6 minutes.
