Usually, Holiday Inns are decent and comparable to Best Western and Hampton Inn. Better than Econolodge or Motel 6.

Hi, I stayed at the 4 points sheraton LAX, very nice and got a good deal through my travel agent.

I stay at LAX a couple of times a year and always get my hotels off Priceline. It's blind bidding but I usually pay between $55-$75 per night and have gotten the Hilton, Westin, Ramada and most recently the Crowne Plaza ($60 plus tax) and all have been fine. I have never gotten the Holiday Inn.
