There is an antique market held for a few days each season (Spring, Summer, Fall) in Ueno Park. If you search those terms I think you'd come up with something. there are a lot of these small local antique markets, often they are more like collective Yard Sales and you never know what is going to come up. You will need to do some searching for dates and places. They are sometimes associated with religious sites, like church sales, they are on temple grounds. There is a place called "Oriental Bazaar" that supposedly sells the type of antique items that tourists want as souvenirs but I've never been there and can't vouch for authenticity.
