Depending on your time of arrival, you have different options. There are shuttle bus services (Havas)from Ataturk Airport to different locations in Istanbul. One option could be taking the shuttle bus from Ataturk Airport to Kozyatagi which is on Asian side of Istanbul. Then taking the shuttle bus from Kozyatagi to Sabiha Gokcen Airport. You have to check the schedule from the links provided in my tips.
Another option is to take a taxi to Bakirkoy from Ataturk Airport to Seabus terminal and taking seabus to Bostanci. From Bostanci, taking another taxi to Sabiha Gokcen. But this option will cost you more, although you may save time with seabus as you skip the heavy traffic from European side to Asian side. If you chek my tips you can reach some more information and some other options such as taking the tram to Eminonu and taking a boat to Kadikoy, then taking a axi to Sabiha Gokcen. Enjoy Isanbul :)

I hope you could travel just from one of them.About 70km you need to travel. It took about in traffic about 2,5 hours.I recommend to you use Fast Ferry.
Find www.havas.com.tr a shuddle bus from those two airports to main fast farry station on those two continent. From SAW SABIHA AIPRORT (ASIAN SIDE) use Bostanci Fast ferry stops.Ataturk airport in european side use Bakirkoy Fast ferry station. For fast ferry www.ido.com.tr Come to fast ferry stations by shuddle bus and take fast ferry.no traffic and very fast.

Hi,
I want to inform you Havas Atatürk Airport-Kozyatagi line does not run anymore, but they don't mention it clearly and that leads to misleadings. My estimation is there is an issue with the Municipality Puplic Transportation cause the Municipality just started to run a bus for that line. Cheers. Alper

I advise you to take the HAVASH bus to Bakirkoy Seabus port. Take the seabus to Bostanci. And take the HAVASH bus to Sabiha Gokcen Airport. (or the public bus).
