Hi, I would say that you may be better off taking a coat . I was in Paris last week and I thought I would be OK with a cardigan but I was quite cold at some times when not in the sun.

I'm not quite in Paris but have the same sort of weather. At 14h00 it is 11°C outside but overcast and a shower from time to time. A waterproof anorak or similar might be a better bet than a long coat.

That should be o.k. unless it warms up again. Do you have a polar jumper to take with you ? If it warms up that would be good enough for walking around.

it is 5 pm on monday evening in paris and it must be close to midnight in Singapore. Right now , it has become a little cloudier, but the day was gorgeous for a stroll and a niec repas.they predicted rain but it has not materialized. right now it is 14 C
Enjoy your stay in Paris and after all it is April in Paris!

I think these points about being prepared for rain are great--Paris can be pretty soggy this time of year and nothing is cheap there so you don't want to find yourself having to spend a fortune on an umbrella. That said, it's a lovely time to go--have a great trip!

walking around Champs d elysse, didnt see too many people wearing coats but did notice that the elegantly dressed japanese young tourists having something like a spring coat on them. definitely not summer yet and colder than anything you would experience in Singapore. right now at 10 pm it is 9 C. Have an enjoyable and safe flight.
