Indeed in front of the Rijksmuseum at the Museumplein.
This week an orange crown will be added as it's Queensday at April 30. PJ

think they sometimes remove it because last i dinot see it at museumplein. i also have seen it before olympic stadion so i guess they remove it when needed. sorry for late respond
