i suggest the following:
1. a hike through and boat tour of Ramsay lake inside the city. 2. rent a canoe and go canoeing in one of the several lakes outside of the city. one of them, simon lake, is 5 kms west of Lively, a city 30 kms NW of sudbury, is a picturesque lake. Lively city is a capital of snowmobiling in winters. 3. go for hiking along french river, fishing and / or rafting in it. there are several expeditions available.

That would look great for me, but I doubt my girlfriend would like it. Myself having even a hard time knowing what she likes. But I know should prefer staying in the city limits. But she likes watching sports.
I just wondering if there be something more romantic to do?

Ok i had thought that a romantic walk followed by a cruise on Ramsay lake would do it :-)
