I don't know what you are looking for but if you want to know where most people go for the best Chili Rellenos in Phoenix, I would have to say that Richardson's, Bethany Home Road & 16th Street, does one of the best, if not the best Chili Rellenos. Of course, around the corner is Dick's Hide Away, same owner and food, more bar style.
