Hello everybody
We are planning a trip to Crete possibly for Christmas 2008. It will most likely be after Dec 25th but we may decide to actually spend Christmas in Crete. Could you please give me your opinions on the folowing: 1. What will the weather be like during December 2. Is it busy or a ghost town in Crete at Christmas 3. Any reviews on the Blue Palace Hotel (Spa) 4. Any personal favourite places. e.g. Hotels & Restaurants Really appreciate your help. Many thanks Gary |

It will be cold, probably windy in the coastal areas, possibly wet and certainly a ghost town outside of the major towns or all-year resort areas.

Trying to predict the weather can be difficult because of local on the day variations.

Blue palace is a very very lux resort in Elounda.
The weather there is usually good because its a coastal place, it can be around 13-18 celsius.
