State of South Australia Kangaroo Island Tour
Posted: Sat April 26, 2008 09:06 PM UTC
Hi, I'm looking for an inexpensive 2-day tour of Kangaroo Island. I have seen that the Adelaide Youth Hostel offers a tour. Has anyone done this tour? Is it a quality tour? Alternatively, has anyone used the company Surf and Sun? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

We used the Wayward bus company 2 day tour.
Found them excellent and inexpensive.

Hi there
I went with Wayward Bus too and it was good. Also did Uluru and surrounds with them - excellent!

Ditto on the recommendations for The Wayward Bus--I did their Classic Coast and K.I. tours--had terrific time on both. On the way to the K.I. Ferry, our driver had to improvise a bit because the "schoolies" had overrun Victor Harbor (they were beginning their summer break). So he took us to a little dairy farm, and that was one of the most interesting and hilarious moments ever in my entire life. Let's just say our little group of 6 Wayward bus-goers almost got sprayed a few times by "stuff" coming out of the cows' rears....sounds disgusting, but it was hilarious...

Anyway, such are the unique experiences one would get only through a touring company like The Wayward Bus. As they say, "Let the others rush!"
