| Las Vegas | timeshare promotions Posted: Sat April 26, 2008 12:12 PM UTC
I will be going to Vegas this summer and was told about timeshare presentations that give free slot play or other comps. Does anyone have any ideas of a good one to go to?

I don't know about time share promotions in Las Vegas but if they are anything like the ones there used to be in Europe have nothing to do with them!
I was tricked/abducted to one such promotion - it was like being incarcerated in an overheated, unventilated room with a bunch of crooks.

Wow ok normally i try to avoid the presentations since I value my time ... but, if you want to go to one I recommend doing the one at Planet Hollywood Casino.
They are building a huge complex next door (Westgate towers) and are offering free slot /table plays and free tickets to shows such as Stomp Out Loud & the Blue Man Group. Good luck!

You won't have any problems finding them, since they are stalking people at practically every casino on the strip.

You know I find it funny everyone seems to have such a weak view of timeshare people and their morals and ethics, but will turn around a take a presentation just to get a few free gifts while having no interest in the product. While there is a lot of bad in the timeshare industry there is also a lot of good. Most people who own timeshare love it. Very few owners are unhappy with what they bought and most of the time it is because they don't use the system properly.
Before taking a timeshare presentation remember the representative showing you around has a family to feed and bills to pay if you are just wasting his time for some free stuff how good of a person does that make you? I'm not saying you have to feel any obligation to buy when you take a presentation but at least have some interest in learning about a different way to travel. And yes I work in the timeshare industry.
