yes, the davao-cagayan route is of 24hour basis, since your leaving on a night trip i would suggest you take the non-stop route which starts at 6:00 pm. with one hour interval up to 9:00 p.m. other than that the regular route will be next on schedule until it's first aircon bus schedule with 4 stop destination starts at 5:00 a.m. you mentioned in your other post that you're going to Kidapawan, for you not to back track or go back to davao for your cagayan de oro trip, there's a carmen - cagayan de oro route in Kabakan with the same bus company. but i have no idea if they have night trips. Travel time from kidapawan to kabakan is around 40 minutes. but if you are not familiar with this place its better to take the davao - cagayan de oro route.

Thanks for the info. I'm actually arriving in davao on May 5 and planned to go straight to kipawan and spend my whole may 6 in kidapawan.Take a bus back to davao on May 7 and stay in Davao till may 8.Is there any itenirary you can suggest in terms of mainland touring if I am staying at waterfront hotel lanang. So I can visit most of the places in the mainland but still have enought time to catch the 6pm bus trip to cdo?

hello jackie, if you'll leave early say 6am it can take you half day to visit the philippine eagle center, malagos garden and take you're lunch at eden nature park. have you're shopping at aldevinco center for souviniers and if you still have time you can visit davao crocodile farm but the their activities starts around 4pm - 7pm such as animal feeding, animal petting, tight rope walking and many others. or you may visit people's park (the formenr PTA grounds) near the apo view hotel.

hope this helps, good luck, happy travels
