Unfortunately at that time of night your only option other than a taxi is to take the Airport Express Bus (E95) into Central Athens to the Syntagma Square bus stop and then from there a taxi or city bus to the Larissa Train Station. The E95 bus leaves the airport every half-hour all night long, 24/7. It costs 3.2 euro per person. After midnight the taxis to and from the airport charge double, so expect to pay 60-70 euro. I don't know anything about the city bus schedule to Larissa Station or where you'd catch it nearest to Syntagma Square, but I'm sure it wouldn't be far away. Always set the price of a taxi before accepting a ride. If the taxi has a meter be sure it's turned on.

I thought you would have understood from my answer that no, there are no trains or metro at that hour.

The last metro from the airport is at 11.30'. Can you catch it?
Check the site: http://www.amel.gr/index.php?id=77&=&L=1 You will be on the blue line and at Syntagma station you have to change to the red line (direction Aghios Antonios).

There is new information that beginning the end of May the Airport Metro will be closed for several months for some construction. If it is closed when you arrive the only way to get into Athens other than with a taxi will be on the Airport Express 95 Bus.
