I have two questions if anyone can help me regarding visa for US please?
I have new british passport (got it in June 2007) do I need tourist visa? My husband has Jamaican passport with 2 year settlement visa for UK does he need a tourist visa? Thanks in advance ;) |

You will not need one with a British passport

Jamaicans regardless of their residence need a visa. British is one nationality among many including Brunei, Singapore and Japan and NZ and Australia and EU countries that do not visa to enter USA for a visit.

As bedoucha posted, its best to check directly with the US embassy as they will have the latest regulations...
For my country, one are allowed up to 90-day visa-free stay BUT needs a bio-metric passport. This passport contains a information chip of the passport holder.
