For school i need to know the best time of year to travel to kyrgyzstain. And why so i was woundering if any of you people that live there could tell me. thanks!

July to September is the best time. In October and June high road passes are susceptible to snow and blizzards and driving can be very dangerous. Temperatures are far mor pleasant and skies are clearer in September/October than in July, when it's very hot and temperatures sometimes soar above 40°C in lower altitudes. In October the weather is very unpredictable, even in Bishkek. Sometimes +30°C, sometimes freezing.
