I want to go to Cuba from San Juan in Puerto Rico. Please suggest what is the most time saving route. I could not find any flight information. Need your advise. Thanks.

According to amadeus.net, the flight combination with the least amount of time is going via Panamá city with Copa (6h15). As far as I could see, there are no direct flights between Havana, Cuba and San Juan, PR (assuming you're leaving from Havana) but you fly either via Panamá city or Santo Domingo (or with crazy stops in Caracas, Nassau, etc.).

Check out via Jamaica with Air Jamaica.
