I am planning a trip to Magagascar and the Comoros and was wondering if anyone out there has information on Ferry services between the Comoros and Madagascar.

Are you still at this adress mate? I am planning to back pack from Mozambique to Madagascar doing it by ferry. Do you have any clue on how ferries between Comoros and madagascar run and how they run between Mazambique and the Comoros. I asume that you did make the trip a few years ago.
